Enjoy yourself in a comfortable space, with ocean views, and a coffee bar. Private rooftop patio, BBQ & 360 views of El Coronel Mtn, Jesús Monument, Primo Tapia Sand Dunes, and the Pacific Ocean. Walk to Ollie’s Pizza, Brown Dog Gelato next door, or Sushi Craft Brewery. Between world famous surf spot K38 and Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village. Next to Las Gaviotas Community, across from Tempest Trading Food Court and Event Venue.
Second-floor apartment- 2 bedroom / 1 bath with access from the main bedroom, full kitchen, and a private rooftop terrace with panoramic views, dining, lounging, BBQ, and sun areas. We are located just off the main road next to Ollie’s Woodfire Pizza, and the Brown Dog Gelato / Cafe.
