6 Bedroom Villa in Benissa Coast, benissa

This fabulous, luxury villa, named after the Little Owls that live in the pine trees surrounding the neighbouring Ifach golf course, comprises a 4 bedroom main villa with accommodation over 3 floors plus a 2 bedroom self contained apartment on the lower level where the pool and garden are located, A total of 6 bedrooms and a total of 6 bathrooms, for 12 guests. There is the possibility of accommodation for 2 extra guests in an open plan tower bedroom.
The villa is extremely spacious with an open plan living, dining and kitchen on the first floor of the main villa. Three sets of double doors lead onto the naya (terrace) with stunning views to the Sierra Bernia mountain range and the golf course.
There are 2 bedrooms on this level, the master bedroom with en-suite (shower and bath) and walk in wardrobe and the second bedroom which has twin beds and a separate shower room. Both rooms have double doors to the naya.
Stairs up from the entrance hall lead to an open plan tower room with a day bed that sleeps 2 (extra accommodation which may suit teenagers for example). There is a door from this room to the roof terrace which has views towards Calpe Rock.
On the lower poolside level are 2 further bedrooms both reached via stairs from the living area. One king size room with ensuite and sitting room with double doors to the pool side. The second is a large family room with king size and single bed with sitting area, there is an ensuite and double doors to the bar by the pool.
Finally on the pool level is the 2 bedroom apartment which is self contained. It has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area and 2 shower rooms (one is en-suite to the master bedroom). The master bedroom has double doors to the poolside, the twin room overlooks the garden.
There is a lovely court yard garden to the rear of the apartment.
There is a lawned garden to the rear of the villa and a terraced garden with fruit trees to the front. The villa is approached either by a pedestrian gate which leads to the first floor of the villa or via the drive gate (there is room for 1 car on the drive), there is then a side gate to enter at the pool level.
In the most exclusive area of San Jaime, less than 10 mins drive to Moraira and 20 mins to Calpe and Javea. Whilst the villa is tucked away enabling guests to a secluded holiday if wanted all amenities are on the doorstep.
Being a family home outside the summer months it is very well equipped and extremely comfortable.
The accommodation is ideal for a large family, families or friends holidaying together and offers flexible arrangements with all facilities you need to make for an enjoyable holiday.
Whilst we would recommend hiring a car, the nearest bar and restaurant is by the golf course only 5 mins walk. The nearest supermarket takes about 10-15 mins to walk to and there are also several bars and restaurants, bank and a chemist. Moraira itself is less than 10mins in the car and less than 30 mins to walk. Taxis back are under 10 euros.

Summary: Absolutely amazing traditionally Spanish family home in a beautiful area. 4 bedrooms in the main house, 3 with en-suite and also a family shower room with toilet and wash basin. Large open plan kitchen and lounge, huge L shape covered balcony, many sundowners enjoyed there ! Lost count of the amount of TVs, great for hooking up a games console or just catching up on your favourite TV programs, having Sky TV was a bonus Internet was good although didn’t stretch to some of the bedrooms. Also included within this beautiful home was an integrated apartment with its own private entrance and garden. Incorporating 2 more double bedrooms with en-suites, lounge and kitchen. So much space for a big family gathering ! Proper size pool, great for games and lengths. Downstairs bar and fridge. No end of sunbeds, tables and chairs. Very warm hot tub Beautiful views over the Ifach golf course. Less than a 10 minute walk up to the golf course and another lovely restaurant nearby. We didn’t have a car, one would be useful but not necessary. 15 minute downhill walk to a decent size supermarket, bars and restaurants. Moraira is the nearest town, walked there easily in half an hour. Plenty of watering holes on the way and easy enough to get a taxi back. Fran the host was charming, told us everything we needed to know. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this amazing family home, however big or small your party. Book it !
