The house and its décor are centered on the family's extensive art collection and love of art in all its forms. Art at the property includes rarely seen works from iconic artists such as Alexander Calder, Keith Haring, and Wilfredo Lam as well lighting from the renowned glass designer and artist Alison Berger's rain collection, Angelo Lelli ceiling lighting, and an original 1227 mega lamp from Anglepoise.
Comprised of 4,500+ square feet, this four-bedroom, three bathroom, two car garage home sprawls over almost two acres of natural wonderland. The first floor offers access to an oversized garage and a dramatic curved staircase to the upper level.
The second level offers an exceptional living space, including a fully modern kitchen with island, Viking gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and plenty of storage for food and wine. The kitchen is adjacent to three full rooms of fun and possibility: a living area with built-in bookcases and piano, a billiards room, and a dining room. Other fabulous spaces to enjoy include including a family room with stone fireplace for cozy gatherings, a media room and exercise studio with Peloton bicycle and treadmill to keep up with workouts, and a full size laundry area. An additional sitting area overlooks acres of beautiful grounds and opens to a screened porch as well as an oversized deck.

This property is managed by Sunrise Properties, 24A Pier Marketplace, Narragansett RI. Please note that this property requires a seven-night minimum stay. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. Commercially laundered linens packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This included linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. The listed cleaning/linen charge is for one week. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional weekly linen charge and an additional $25 cleaning charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit.
