Phoenix Gulf Shores 1101 is a 4-bedroom 3-bath amazing condo that can sleep up to 12. Newly constructed complex on West Beach in Gulf Shores Alabama. The Master has a King bed and a full private bath with double vanities, storage cabinets, a walk-in shower and a jetted bathtub.
One guest bedroom has a King bed and the another guest bedroom has two queen beds - these bedroom share a jack 'n jill full size bath with 2 vanities and
a bathtub. The other guest bedroom also has 2 Queen Beds and a private full bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Professionally decorated you'll love the clean coastal feel to this condo . Granite countertops throughout the fully equipped kitchen. Dining table for 8 with seating for 4 at the bar. It's floor to ceiling windows offer the most spectacular views of the Gulf and it's sugary white beaches, and being close to restaurants and island shopping are some of the great features you will find in this corner unit. It also boasts a large private balcony with 2 sets of high top table and chairs.
Atop the parking garage is a tennis court - just sign up with the front desk and they will give you access. They also have racket and tennis balls that can be checked out to use at no charge. Parking Passes are purchased at the front desk at Phoenix Gulf Shores and are not included in your rental amount.
One one of the newest members to the Phoenix family, Phoenix Gulf Shores has plenty of amenities for you to enjoy. Outdoor pool with a slide, heated indoor pool, fitness room, tennis courts, hot tub, garage parking, a meeting room and of course easy access to the white sandy beach!
Smoking is not allowed on the property which includes the balcony. Wristbands must be worn at al times while on property.

Summary: We had 4 adults and 7 kids - the condo set up was absolutely perfect for our group! The balcony view was amazing, the pools, hot tubs and beach access were fantastic, parking ramp was easy to get in and out of and the location was great! Love that they offer luggage carts and grocery carts to haul stuff up. Would for sure stay here again!!!
