Mooring Buoy 151 is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes plantation. The moment you walk through the double wooden doors into the two story great room, you feel that you have entered into a bright and great vacation home. Beautiful wood floors, a leather sofa and loveseat, a flat screen TV with a wet bar and a decorative fireplace all in a 2 story living area. There are also 2 story windows with the wonderful and natural landscape views that Hilton Head Island is known for. Beautiful oak trees with Spanish Moss growing right through the back deck, a lagoon with a dock, and a private swimming pool are just a few perks of this Lowcountry home. The dining area has a henredon table with seating for eight. Attached to the dining room is a lovely screened-in porch with a tiled table with 4 chairs and 2 bar stools with a bar table. The spacious rear deck with another table seating 4 and a gas grill faces the pool and the tranquil lagoon alive with heron and egrets. The kitchen is newly remodeled and truly a gourmet's delight, complete with a wet bar and granite countertops. A separate first floor laundry room is accessible from the porch. The main level of the home has two bedrooms - a spacious master suite and guest room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a private, newly-remodeled master bath is equipped with a make-up area, custom body spa shower and a Kohler hydrojet tub. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a private bath which is also newly remodeled and has a shower. On the second floor, a huge loft overlooks the great room. The loft has a large seating area, complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa, foosball table, flat screen TV with DVD and VCR Players, and a CD stereo. There is also a bath on the second floor with a walk-in shower, and a separate bedroom off the loft with two queen beds and a twin daybed. There are five televisions in the home, one in each bedroom, the great room, and the loft. There is also a canoe/kayak launch in the backyard on the lagoon. Canoes and kayaks can be rented from Palmetto Dunes Outfitters and can also be lowered into the lagoon from the private dock. A stunning third row home, the house is located only a short private walk from the beach and ocean. This is one not to be missed. Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on-demand door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle runs from April through September. *Pool heated upon request at an additional charge with 2 weeks advance notice.
