Finished walkout basement with additional living space and tv. Home features a wood burning fireplace. Screened in porch on main level is enclosed in the winter to provide a space to store recreational equipment. Large deck with comfortable seating and expansive views. Outdoor shower for use in summer after a day at the lake. Private Little Lake Sunapee beach access: 300' of beach, a floating swimming dock and paddle boat for use. Owner has 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a canoe stored on the boat rack at the beach. Only 20 minutes to Mt Sunapee Resort & State Park. One hour from Manchester Airport. Boston is only 100 miles away. Perfect escape for all seasons!!
