Our spacious 4 bedroom villa in the highly sort after area of Pinar De Campoverde, this quirky villa comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single beds and 1 bathroom in main villa, Outside a private roof terrace , casita with 2 further separate bedrooms (1 king size and 1 Double )and bathroom in between .

Plenty of outdoor space with views over the Rio Seco, walking distance to local bars , Pharmacy and lovely local restaurant 5 min walk, for lively bars n restaurants 10 /15 minute walk, which is a gradual hill to the strip or 20 mins by car to cabo roig with lots of bars and restaurant. Car hire recommended, car hire available on request.

Summary: A lovely property in the friendly Pinar de Campoverde. There is a very well stocked Spar nearby and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the villa. Tastefully furnished inside. Very useful utility room. Fantastic pool area which was great for all the children. Very clean and attended to by the pool man on a Friday. Lots of different terraces to sit on to find the sun or the shade. All bedrooms were a good size. It was very hot when we were there and we needed the air con. Unfortunately the electrics would trip out when you had all the bedrooms air con on. The upstairs bedroom air con unit blew out warm air. If you were planning to cook for 8/10 people you will find the kitchen very small. Had to do dinner in shifts but plenty of dining seating and cutlery, plates etc. Also when oven was on it tended to trip the electrics. It’s about a 20 minute drive to the nearest beach. Mil Palmeras is our favourite. Would definitely return if air con/electrics were updated.
