Located just 1.5hrs from Toronto in Brechin with direct boat access to Lake Simcoe, 5 min walk to private beach (wristbands provided). 150 feet of waterfront boat access/dock, fire pit, large deck and beautiful waterfront views from almost every window. 5 minute walk to the private well manicured beach. This property delights during winter months. With municipal roads that a re plowed regularly- no worries about access and snow storms. The lagoon is frozen making a fabulous ice rink and cross country skiing. Two sets of Skis are provided with a couple boots sizes. Enjoy some of the best snowmobile trails in the area. Lake Simcoe is famous for it ice fishing- give it a try! The 4th Bedroom is set up as a den with a Queen pullout bed with memory foam topper for complete comfort. The den also has a 55 inch Smart TV and gaming system creating a fabulous kid's hangout room. The home is equipped with Smart TVs and Cable for a cozy movie night or catch your favorite sports team while still on holiday.
