We actually live here most of the year! That also means you can expect superior furnishings, linens, decor, and other amenities intended for homeowners, not renters. Our place rents for 7-night or 14-night stays with Sunday check-ins. That means Sunday-to-Sunday stays. Please don't book more than 14 nights, or it will be canceled. Very pet friendly! We love dogs. We have two huskies. Dogs of all sizes are more than welcome to stay here. This is a coveted end unit in the far back corner for more privacy and more light. Private gated access to the famous Breakwater Junction Trail. Walking distance to Tanger Outlets and trendy restaurants. Screened-in deck. Beautifully decorated with new, modern furnishings. Sleeps 6 comfortably, can accommodate up to 8 on the included air mattress. Two twin beds in guest room can convert to king bed. Free access to pool and gym.
