Combined open plan kitchen, dining and family area which seats eight with ease. Separate lounge. Large outdoor under cover patio with outdoor dining, lounge seating and BBQ. Separate under cover pool cabana with loungers. Fully fenced 15m seasonal pool.
High quality kitchen with stone benchtops, gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pantry, dual sinks, dishwasher and servery window to patio for outdoor dining. Kitchen, family and dining have french doors and view out to the patio, garden and pool. Help yourself to herbs in the back garden.
