The Space:
This 390 sq. ft. (36 sqm) guest quarters is attached to a single-family home with private entry, driveway parking and a beautiful well-maintained yard for a peaceful residential stay close to Ft. Lauderdale’s beaches, downtown and Riverwalk. Situated near US 1, you’ll be in walking distance to loads of shopping, restaurants and convenience stores and vacation like a local with peace and tranquility as if in your own home.
This studio guest quarters accommodates up to 2 guests and features:
- A luminous and newly renovated living space, well decorated with a plush king-sized bed for a perfect night’s sleep and a full bathroom with a stand-in shower and modern fixtures.
- There is a nice high-top bar table and 4 chairs for eating at home and dresser space, which can be used as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed for the remote worker.
- Luxurious leather recliners to relax when at home, watch a show and regain energy for the next activity.
- A private washer and dryer, an iron, and a hairdryer for convenience.
- A small fenced-in private backyard and patio with a seating area.
You’ll be near US 1 with lots of shopping, restaurants and nightlife and just a short distance to the famous Ft. Lauderdale beaches like Las Olas and downtown Ft. Lauderdale & the Riverwalk. We’re sure you’ll love it as much as we do!
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the studio suite including the little backyard. Your designated driveway parking is on the far left side of the driveway (west side of the house). You have enough space for at least 2 cars. (*Please note this Guest Suite is rented separately with its own private entrance and does not have access to the pool, patio or rear of the house. That is for the main part of the house, the 3BR/3BA rental.)
The Neighborhood:
The property is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood in Oakland Park, Fl surrounded by private single family homes. The area is about 5 miles north of downtown Ft. Lauderdale and nearby many popular tourist destinations in the area.
- Less than 3 miles from Lauderdale Beach & 6 miles from the famous Ft. Lauderdale beaches like Las Olas & North Ocean Park and beach clubs like Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar.
- A 6-mile drive to the Ft. Lauderdale Riverwalk — a 2.5-mile stretch of brick walkway and gardens where you’ll find plenty of events and activities, art displays, outdoor restaurants, cafes and more.
- Of course Ft. Lauderdale is home to incredible nightlife and you’ll be near some of the best nightclubs like Daer, Sway, Capone’s, Club Euro, The Venue and Escape Lounge.

*Please NO PARTIES or EVENTS. It's a quiet neighborhood so noise and music need to be kept to adequate levels, especially in the evenings to be respectful of our neighbors.
*NO SMOKING inside the home.
Wi-Fi, TV, parking, linens, and towels are provided free for guests during their stay.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: dish soap, trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Please note, these items are not replenished so when you run out you’ll need to purchase what you need.
A mid-stay extra cleaning service is available. Should you require a cleaning please let us know in advance and one can be arranged at an additional fee.
No pets allowed. For special circumstances, please let us know before booking to get approval. A pet fee will apply.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets are allowed unless with prior authorization and approval. A pet fee will apply.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using a lockbox access code to retrieve the keys. The access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival. Open the left white gate, walk straight to the laundry room. Open the door and you can find the lockbox on the right side of the door.
