Ezkialderdi is a house located 200 meters from the urban center of Aia, an ideal area in the heart of the Pagoeta Natural Park, a protected natural environment rich in fauna and flora. Ezkialderdi is a building divided into two houses. The part on the right is an independent private home, and the entire left for the exclusive and independent use of travelers. A duplex with stairs and with capacity for 8 people distributed in four rooms and all exterior. Two with a 1.50 m double bed, and another two with two 1.05 m single beds.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor is where the kitchen, the living room and a bathroom with shower are located. A kitchen with hardwood finishes from local trees that we can see in the surroundings and a granite countertop and access to an outdoor balcony, and which is equipped with all electrical appliances, except a dishwasher, kitchenware and crockery to cook like at home. The living room is spacious and comfortable. It has a library, an exit to a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the mountains with the sea in the background and a comfortable sofa to disconnect and watch television.
On the upper floor, which is accessed by wooden stairs, are the rooms, all exterior and some with direct access to a terrace, and also another bathroom with a bathtub. An ideal place to enjoy the sea and mountain views offered by this idyllic environment that brings us to the surroundings of Aia. To which we must add the possibility of using the garden, where you can relax reading, sunbathe, or enjoy a meal with your family at the table and chairs that are left for it. All this, with all the comforts that a home offers to feel at home, without forgetting the free WIFI throughout the house.
