Summary: Our stay was less than ideal. The property is clearly neglected and used mostly as a residence more so than a hotel. It was freezing in the hallways but then our room was damp feeling. The carpet felt wet even though it was not. The air conditioner worked until we change the temperature and then it did not work the rest of our stay. There was mold in the vents, half the outlets did not work, the pillows were old and lumpy, the drain of the bathtub was rusted through and trying to get a consistent temperature for a shower was difficult. The door to the oven was broken and just overall bad wear and tear on all the furniture. I’ve stayed in better places for less. However, the cleaning staff appear to do the best with what they have to work with. The room was overall clean. I went to the front desk to talk to someone about the condition and there was a sign at the desk that said “be back soon” with a line of 3 other people. I waited for 5 minutes but could not wait longer. To end the bad stay we were awoken at 8am on. Sunday morning by a lawn mower and leaf blower being used right outside our room. Definitely disappointed and do not recommend. *picture is of mold in the vent
