Summary: The pillows were hard we couldn’t sleep on them the couches were old and itchy other was it was ok we called down to the front desk for kitchen supplies we had to then go pick them up and take out our own trash they told us to leave outside the door but never came then sent a letter saying don’t leave the trash in front the building it wasn’t us so I called she said it was for all the guest overall it was nice and safe environment
