If you're coming to Cabo, it would be hard to find a better location! Spacious, beautifully remodeled ground-floor 2-bedroom (3 beds), 2-bath beach condo with an excellent ocean view for up to 6 guests at Terrasol Beach Resort on the Pacific Ocean between Grand Sol Mar and Playa Grande resorts. Just minutes away from the famous El Arco (the arch) at Cabo, a 15-minute walk to Divorce Beach on the Pacific Ocean and to Lover's Beach (good skin diving) on the Sea of Cortez. Located within a 10-minute walk to Playa Empacadora beach on the Sea of Cortez or to the Cabo San Lucas sport-fishing marina with excellent restaurants, lively nightclubs (including Cabo Wabo), and great shopping at Puerto Paraiso Mall. Why pay the expensive fares for taxi rides when you can stay at Terrasol and be within a short walk of everything you need in Cabo?
Both bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated, each with private bathrooms, and with a king-size bed and a lounge chair/bed in the master bedroom and two full-size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom and living room each open to the sizable tiled patio with an exceptional view of the Pacific Ocean and the winter migration of whales (December through March). Large fully-equipped kitchen opens up to the adjoining dining area and living room. Walk off the patio onto the sandy beach with a 400-foot (120-meter) walk to the largest of three beautiful swimming pools at Terrasol (one with a swim-up bar and very reasonably priced snack-bar/restaurant) and another 200 feet (60 meters) to the Pacific Ocean surf. The patio is furnished with a large table and six chairs for your morning coffee or evening meal, as well as lounge chairs and a barbecue to grill the fish you bought or caught that day. Terrasol is an excellent place to stay because of its exceptional location, friendly and helpful staff, and good facilities, including a tennis court, library, and small gym. The marina is literally less than 10 minutes away on foot, with opportunities for swimming with the dolphins, whale watching excursions, boat tours of El Arco, dinner cruises, and numerous fishing companies from which to choose. Cabo Adventures (zip-lining, horseback riding, camel rides on the breach, scuba diving, etc.) is also at the marina. Come visit Cabo--it's safe, friendly, adventurous, and great fun for you, family, and friends!
Please note that if you do stay at the Terrasol facility that you will need to present a credit card at the front desk when checking in. When checking out, Terrasol will charge directly as follows: (1) Any items that were charged to the room during your visit, (2) $5 per day for parking, if necessary, and (3) a resort fee of $18.50 per night if 1-2 people, $23.50 per night if 3-4 people, and $28.50 per night if 5-6 people. The resort fee pays for the use of the public facilities such as the pools and bar, gate and roving security, handling of your luggage, landscaping and grounds cleaning, etc.
