With plenty of space indoors and out,this property comfortably sleeps 12 guests-perfect for multi-generational gatherings or a peaceful getaway with close friends.
Located in a quiet part of Lake Martin, this is the perfect spot to float, paddle board, and swim. The location on the lake is ideal and convenient to restaurants, boat ramps, and hiking. It is also located less than an hour from Auburn football!
The main floor features an open living room that flows into the kitchen/ dining area and is surrounded on three sides with covered porches. The primary suite features his and hers bathrooms. The other two bedrooms on the main floor have queen beds and each have their own bathrooms which are off a hallway.
The lower level is a walkout basement with a separate great room with lounging space, pool table, and summer kitchen. A second primary is located downstairs with a king sized bed and an en suite bath. The bunk room has twin over double bunk beds and an adjoining en suite bath.
