This spacious 1200 sf, beautifully decorated garden view condo is a mere 200 yards from the beach. Recently remodeled (fall 2023) It features 14' high cathedral ceilings in the living and dining rooms. The lanai is glass and screened enclosed to expand the living space for all seasons. This home features large walk-in closets in both bedrooms, washer and dryer in the unit and fully equipped kitchen. A complete set of dishes and new pots and pans are provided for those who want to cook. The condo has a dedicated covered parking space for use during your stay.
Bed linens, towels, beach towels and dish towels are furnished with the unit.
Siesta Dunes is a beautiful gated complex with on-site security located directly on Siesta Beach, the #1 rated beach in America. Siesta Dunes features a fenced circular salt water pool with an adjacent hot tub and a very large beach deck adjacent to the beach. The deck features a gazebo, tables with umbrellas and 3 gas grills. Lounge chairs are furnished for the pool area, deck and beach.
Imagine grilling your dinner and sipping on your favorite beverage while the sun sets in spectacular fashion. Even on a cloudy day, the colors are phenomenal!
Siesta Beach is a very wide, gorgeous beach with white quartz sand which is always cool to the touch. Bring your sun screen and relax, swim, walk and play until your heart is content.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and Siesta Dunes in general very much. The property is beautiful and well looked-after and we want to take this moment again to thank the staff for working so tirelessly to clean up after the hurricanes. The location is very convenient with direct access to the beach, Siesta Key Village is just a short drive away and if you wanna do some exploring in FL, Tamiami Trail and interstate are not far away as well. The condo is a lovely and well-equipped place to stay and looks exactly like the photos. Highly recommend! (Just a little heads-up: When we first came into the condo, we saw that the bottom-right burner at the stove seemed to be broken. We used the other three, so it really wasn't much of a problem, but thought we should communicate it.)
