Safe, peaceful, secluded and family-friendly quiet corporate type neighborhood tucked away in the country over looking a farm fields, a creek bottom and woods...no race tracks or city traffic noise.
Architecture : wide-open floor plan concept - cathedral and 9' ceilings, 2 large family room areas, sky lights, extra large patio doors upstairs and down, lots of bright natural lighting, perfect for relaxing with a few friends or family. Granite and Quartz counter tops, walk-in tile shower/steam room(2 large water heaters = more hot showers for all). Simplistic, no clutter.
Hot tub: Brand new high end, huge and loaded hot tub with lounger. 95 Targeted Massage Jets, LEDS, bromine, waterfall and combined UV/Ozone purification system. Seating for up to 6 adults max.
Large yard: sparkling clean 30' chlorine water pool, golf, play lawn games - I'll have many available, 30'x50' concrete sport slab in the backyard, includes a full size 72" basketball hoop, per request a pickle ball/tennis net, volleyball net and/or a volleyball 4-square net can be set up, etc.
Large decks: angled for privacy...while drinking a morning coffee, tanning, grilling, relaxing or having an evening drink enjoying sunsets. The lower deck has full sun exposure (tanning deck) & the upper deck is in the shade half of the day (socializing deck, country side view).

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire house and 1.5 acre yard. Access will be provided by either the garage keypad code or service door smart lock code. Plenty of parking for all guest vehicles. There is a garage available for 2 cars. We limit overnight cars on the driveway to 3 maximum.

While we want our guests to have a wonderful time, its important to respect noise levels for the nearby community. Multiple warnings for excessive noise/partying is grounds for dismissal.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
Safe, corporate family-friendly type neighborhood tucked away in the country side, lots of kids, large yards (this one is 1.5 acres), secluded, peaceful & quiet, etc. There is a nice >1.5 mile walk/run through the two boarding country neighborhoods (2 miles if you go in all the cul-de-sacs).
