Seascape is a lovely studio unit situated in beautiful Sea Crest Beach between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. This is a family owned studio unit, with high end finishes and tons of personal touches. The condo is in the Villages of South Walton and is close enough to the beach to feel the beautiful gulf breezes. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as entertainment, bike rentals and easy walking paths.
Although many hours will be spent taking in the crisp sea air and beautiful beaches, the Village of South Walton Beach is a prime central location for other relaxing activities that you would expect for the perfect vacation.
INSIDE THE STUDIO
This upscale studio condo is perfect for couples, small families or even a best friends getaway. It sleeps 4 people comfortably. The furniture is NEW, beautiful, clean and features calming colors throughout; (no private bedroom). Also, includes a private high mounted AC unit which you control your room temperature.
The studio may be cozy, but there’s lots of room to stretch out at night in the elegant queen-sized bed. Two more can sleep on the pullout. And you’ll find a full-sized bathroom with shower/tub combo just off the main living space.
The living area features a comfy pullout couch and 60 inch HDTV: perfect for curling up and watching a movie. Cable and WIFI services included. And the convenient kitchenette, complete with refrigerator microwave and Keurig coffee maker.
Right outside the front door is a community washer & dryer, credit card operated laundry facilities. So close to the front door you could in essence, launder in you pajamas. Nothing short of elegance as this condo is ready for you.

We’re right in the Villages of South Walton community, so close to the Gulf of Mexico you'll feel like you live right on the beach! Your stay includes access to a new freshly remodeled pool in our complex just for you!
