This spacious residence has large, picture windows that look out to a walk-out lush garden, accessed from all rooms. Enjoy the barbecue, fire pit, solar lighting, 2 heat lamps with ample seating for year-round outdoor enjoyment. Light-filled unit with high ceilings and new hardwood floors. All new appliances in the kitchen with an in-unit washer/dryer . The master suite is large enough for an office area. There is a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a shower over the tub.

This is a pet-friendly building, allowing 2 dogs. On-site gym. Community roof deck with panoramic Bay views and seating to enjoy the view.
