Summary: Weak internet - this place does not have hard wired internet like every other apartment rental anyone has ever stayed in. They have a cellular hotspot. Definitely not suitable for videoconferencing or even reliable wifi calling. Toilets do not flush properly - I doubt this will be fixed as this issue was the subject of other review dating back over two years. On the positive side, nice location and nice space in general.
