Truly the best views -with more the 180 degrees of waterfront vistas. This charming sun-drenched home offers a view from each and every window! Travel through the picturesque village of Noank and past the Noank Shipyard, where you may dock your boat, and discover a private peninsula, Morgan Point. Our home is at the very tip! Enjoy this unique location-an artist's retreat where many have put brush to paper and canvas to capture the beauty. A boat and a bird lover's paradise! This New England cottage was totally renovated recently-new appliances throughout and new granite counters in the spacious kitchen and in 2 of the 3 full baths. Each bathroom have been totally renovated. New Central Air Conditioning (2017). Bring your camera and/or paintbrush and be awed by the panoramic views of the rising sun over the lighthouse next door, the parade of boats at the mouth of the Mystic River and the stunning sunsets. Only a short walk to the quaint village of Noank to enjoy its restaurants: Abbott's and Ford's and the incomparable Carson's. It is just a few hundred yards away from the Noank Shipyard and a short walk, bike or drive to Spicer's Marina. Mystic Seaport, Stonington, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are minutes away by car.
Ideal for a relaxing getaway. 3 Boats (kayaks) are available for your use and to discover the many hidden coves along the seashore. Kayak or bike into Mystic and see the wonderful Mystic Seaport! Kayak to Mason's Island, Groton Long Point and Esker Pt Beach. New England at its best.
We are committed to using mostly organic cleaning products in our home. We try to be as green as possible! During this pandemic, we will be using stronger disinfectants and will be especially diligent with cleaning the house top to bottom!
