Villa Corazon, a stunning oasis with a spacious pool in Sosua's heart, is perfect for singles or small families. Located near downtown and Sosua Beach, it offers relaxation and unforgettable memories.
With stylish design, modern amenities, and easy access to local attractions, Villa Corazon is the ideal home base for your Dominican adventure.
The amenities include a spacious living area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large pool and private surroundings. .You'll have access to the villas pool for your own personal use and it features a large private outdoor area to relax in.
The living area is great for hanging out in when it's hotter outside or if you want to play some games on the Wii included with these rentals. Once you've had a night in the living area, head to the bedrooms where you'll find air conditioning and a luxurious queen-sized bed. In addition to these, there are two more bedrooms with two queens. The entire villa has ceiling fans and a/c for those warm summer nights! Villa Corazon is perfectly located not to far from the center and not to close so you can enjoy the tranquility and peace of mind, only 5 minutes from downtown and the beach so you can enjoy everything Sosua has to offer.
⮊ Important: There is a one-time cleaning fee of US$139 per stay, and there is a per-night fee of US$20 for electricity, air conditioning, propane, internet, cable, and drinking water. These fees are paid in cash when you arrive, and we will give you a receipt.
The villa can fit up to three single people or three couples with children. Guestare welcome, but there are some rules. The villa can sleep up to 6 adults overnight, but larger groups are welcome during the day if they let the us know ahead of time. If you are not familiar with the community, please ask about the rules for guests. The villa is meant to be fun, and the rules aren't too strict.
