Inside the 4 bedrooms all enjoy stunning sea views and the master bedroom includes a private terrace with Bali bed, there are 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite/1 family) plus a guest toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has been hand crafted with French doors out to the pool and the huge living room includes two separate living areas. The immaculate gardens and multiple terraces with amazing views provide options for outside dining or relaxation and the pool is found in a dedicated enclosed area that ensures complete privacy. It measures 12 x 8 meters and can be heated (at a supplement), here you will also find a stone and marble covered Jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas, covered pergola with quality wicker furniture and a covered bar. Nissaki Estate has the added bonus of a tennis court with an ultimate view and for the fitness fanatic a private gym with panoramic windows overlooking the sea below.
