Welcome to our 3-bedroom Royal apartment 221. Enjoy this beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit situated within the Royal Apartments of the renowned Royal Westmoreland Estate.
Positioned on the second floor of the second block of units titled ‘Palmetto’, Royal Apartment 221 features a beautifully decorated open plan living area complete with granite breakfast bar, live edge dining table and open concept living room with fifteen-foot wide sliding glass door overlooking a large, sprawling terrace. Enjoy outdoor dining or relax on the sleek loungers overlooking the lush gardens and distant views of the Caribbean Sea.
Whip up great meals in the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave and all the gadgets needed for a comfortable stay or make your way to one of the nearby fantastic restaurants.
All bedrooms have dedicated ensuites, individual air-conditioning units and ceiling fans. The First Guest Bedroom is just off the main entrance and provides two twin beds which can be joined to form a King Bed. The room is adorned with two large closets and a vanity table. The ensuite includes a combo tub/shower.
The Second Guest Bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed that overlooks a large sliding glass door with a walkout to a private terrace with seating for two, perfect for enjoying an early morning coffee or quiet afternoon read. Its ensuite bathroom offers a shower.
The Primary Suite is located just off the main living area and overlooks the lush gardens. Walkout to the terrace and relish distant views of the Coast. The oversize Primary ensuite includes a tub, bidet, double vanity, walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
Guests can self-check in or will be greeted by local rental management.
Royal Apartment 221 offers social membership privileges which allow each guest to access all of the tennis, fitness, pickleball and tennis, swimming and social facilities of the Club.

Summary: The property was very clean and most suitable for our short stay. It is only a few mins walk to a pool for the children which was handy and there is a small restaurant on the other part of the royal Westmorland site which opens at intervals. We made sure we did a lot of grocery shopping so we had everything we need. The apartments are across a main road in a separate section from the rest of the complex so make sure you have transport to enable getting about either to the restaurant and golf course or around the island. The property is beautifully kept by the owner, she was also really helpful and communicated with me throughout booking which I am really grateful for. We went out for a quick birthday trip but would definitely go back for longer and stay here again. Thank you Pauline!
