3 Bedroom Villa in Peyia Town, Peyia

Villa Madelise is an exclusive, modern 3-bedroom property situated in a private 12-villa cul-de-sac in the picturesque village of Peyia.
The whole villa is fully air-conditioned and is both hot and cold to provide heat in the winter as well as cooling in the hot summer days. Free 20MB wi-fi connection is available in all rooms and around the pool. Plus a full UK and European TV service including Sky Moves, Sky Sports, TNT Sport, BBC, ITV and all of the European sports and TV channels.
The villa is in its private grounds including a private pool (8x4m) with Roman steps for easy and safe access for children. We have extended the tiling by 30 square meters around the pool area to provide more room for sunbathing. New privacy fencing has been installed along the front of the villa to add further seclusion.
Furnished to an extremely high standard upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms all with balconies and sea views, en-suite to the Master bedroom
The living area consists of a large lounge area and a separate well equipped kitchen and breakfast room. The open plan seating area accommodates 6/8 comfortably has patio doors leading to pool and adjoining cloakroom and walk in shower. The high level of furnishings continue including free 20MB Wi-Fi, 50" SmartTV, Satellite TV with 100s of channels. If you have a Netflix account you can log into the TV. There is a PS3 with various games available. We have placed a TV and DVD player in the middle bedroom ideal for the kids to get some time out of the sun.
Every effort has been made to help make your stay here a truly relaxing experience, such as complimentary Prosecco and welcome pack provided for your arrival.
Due to the Covid19 our cleaning team will be disinfecting the villa thoroughly between every guest stay. If you wish to have groceries delivered and in the villa for your stay we can arrange this and provide details of shops delivering during your stay. The villa is on a private road, very quiet and secluded with the majority of villas occupied by residents.

Summary: Villa Madelise is set in a perfect location in Peyia in a quiet and friendly cul de sac. The villa is 2nd to last on the left hand side, once we got our bearings it was very easy to find (little hint) turn left for the cul de sac (after the football stadium) when you get to the second bin on the main road. Villa madelise gives you a perfect home from home feeling. You’re met by a beautiful pool area that is gated and fenced off with adequate pool loungers and parasols. At night the pool has cute lighting that changes colours. Entering the villa via the wooden double doors you’re met with really an open living room that has 3 sets of double French doors, leading off this is a separate amazing kitchen (fully equipped), utility room and downstairs bathroom with shower. French doors in living area lead to a wonderful seating area with a lovely table and chair set with quaint marbles candle sets that have citronella. There is also a door off the kitchen that leads to another patio area and washing line. The villa has a lovely staircase the leads upstairs to 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite and lush balcony with seating and egg chair. The smaller bedroom shares this balcony (amazing views). Then the third bedroom has its own balcony. Well kept and spacious villa with lovely mod cons that you appreciate on holiday. Mike is very attentive and checks in, which is thoughtful. Nice touch with the shopping (bread, butter, milk, ham and cheese, and wine).
