The secluded location and the big garden makes it ideal for nudism fans.
The villa is situated within a walled garden of 6,000 sq m (1.5 acres) allowing holidaymakers to enjoy relaxing days by the pool on the spacious terrace surrounded by mountain views. The pool measures 70 sq m with marble walk down steps into it. You can enjoy complete seclusion here, the property has no neighbours giving uninterrupted panoramic views, yet it is only a 15 minute walk into Dalyan.
This property is truly a special find and enjoys all the amenities of home and more. The ground floor has three rooms. A Games Room with pool table. The lounge has two large sofas and two arm chairs around a fire place for the cooler off season evenings. It also has a 45" TV, DVD player, satellite TV and over 100 DVD's, IPod Docking Station and Internet Radio. One of the sofas is a sofa bed.
The large open plan kitchen, dining room and seating area has a dining room table with seating for six, though this can comfortably seat eight. There is also a seating area overlooking the terrace with two arm chairs. The kitchen itself is large with extensive granite covered work surfaces a gas and electric hob, an oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The hob is in a central island unit which over looks the dining area. There is a TV in the dining area with internet access. The kitchen is very well equipped with more than enough pots and pans etc for 10 people. It also has a number of gadgets including a juicer, blender and mixer. There is also a utility room off the kitchen housing the washing machine and boiler.
The first floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, bedside tables and a sofa. As well as an en-suite bathroom, including bath and separate shower it has a walk in wardrobe. The second double room has a king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and en-suite shower room as well as an armchair and side table. The third bedroom on this floor is a large twin bedded room, adjacent to the family bathroom. All the bedrooms on the first floor have their own balconies.
On the second floor there is a further twin bedded room, again with wardrobe and bedside tables, this room also has a single sofa bed. This room has stunning views across to the mountains and Koycegiz Lake.
All rooms in the house have air-conditioning.
The covered terrace wraps around the entire back of the house, as well as dining table with seating for 10 people there is a large brick built BBQ to the side of the terrace giving easy access from the kitchen. It is very easy to sit on the terrace enjoying an evening drink and watching the sunset over the mountains and never want to leave.
The very large terrace around the pool is big enough for 10 sunbeds spread around and still have plenty of room for children to play. The area around the house and pool has been fenced in and is grassed over and planted with fruit trees. The area along the driveway is also planted with fruit trees. The remaining 4,000 sqm is planted with pomegranate trees. The pomegranate orchard is also home to our flock of chickens which provide our guests with organic eggs.

Villa ARICI is a bird lovers paradise, it is nestled into a rocky outcrop which is home to a number of birds including birds of prey. You will also see many water loving birds in the irrigation channels surrounding the house.
There is plenty of entertainment for children and adults alike and all just a stones throw from the centre of Dalyan which provides a host of enticing restaurants and bars. Should you feel the need to stay connected with the outside world the house also has wi-fi internet access.
The villa is a 25 minute drive from Dalaman airport and we can organise transfers for. In addition we provide a shopping and food delivery service ensuring you have everything you need in the villa on your arrival.
The owners live in a tiny staff house in the grounds, so are available to help out with any questions or problems you may have. One of the owners is also a professionally trained chef and we provide a cooking service.
As well as free internet access all bedding, towels and beach towels for 10 people are provided.
