This four bedroom two bath home features a full service kitchen with a quaint dining area. The back patio is covered and has a dining area for six. The oversized Master bedroom has a King bed and a 42" television. The Master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second and third bedroom has a King bed and a 42" television. The bunk room has two sets of bunk beds and a 42" television. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. This home has access to a gas barbecue grill. This upscale residential community has a large lagoon shaped neighborhood swimming pool with an expansive paver tiled sun deck adorned with palm trees.
The pool is heated in October-November and March-April. The temp is set at 82 degrees.
It is conveniently located to many restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive, right on the white sand beach. They include The Surf Hut, The Whales Tail, Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, The Crab Trap, 790 on the Gulf and The Beachwalk Cafe.
