With over 4200 sq ft of conditioned space, professional design, decorating & beautiful, authentic carved Mexican furnishings - and top-of-the line home automation, Viking appliances & finishes this beach house is a place you will never forget. If you are a chef, you will most certainly enjoy this huge, open granite kitchen & similar outdoor Viking gas grill spaces!
With just a short shuttle ride to more than 24 bars and restaurants, the outstanding Montecristo Clubhouse/Quivira Marketplace, The Pacifica Spa resort & Sunset Beach Armonia Spa, and it's on the beach - what fabulous views of the Pacific!! Best of all, this private, gated enclave is within walking distance to the renowned Quivira Steakhouse (approximately 6-9 minute walk), which serves breakfast, lunch & the best romantic dinners in Cabo, al fresco - in a magnificent setting that will leave you both satisfied & relaxed - listen to the waves breaking on the beach, while taking in this amazing architecture & surrounding landscapes of the Quivira golf course! If you would prefer indoor seating, there is a small dining room with huge plate glass windows looking out to the Pacific!
The property comes with a Butler/concierge (golf cart optional, approximately $48/night, not included in rental fee), and a free shuttle van service to/from the main resorts (24 hours). There are endless excursions to choose from including scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, snorkeling, jet ski, and much more. It's an 8-10 minute drive from downtown Cabo where you can shop or enjoy Mexico's night life with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The new Silver All-inclusive plan (food and drinks, both alcoholic & non, I can offer you an owner's discount on both Silver & Platinum plans), as well as in-villa delivery, and an optional private chef ($200/2 hours), a server ($100/hour), and a bartender ($10/pp/hr + service fee of $25/hr) if you don't feel like leaving the house! This is a fabulous way to enjoy the end of a hot Cabo day in your backyard pool area, without lifting a finger! I can help you get these arrangements made with the food & beverage director at the resort, and your Butler will assist during the evening's plans, as well.
