The ground floor opens onto a first living room that is very bright thanks to the large French doors, from which a corridor with a bookcase leads to the fully-equipped kitchen and to the back of the villa, which houses an external toilet and the parking area. Proceeding on the same floor, guests will find a second living room with a television, a third attractive room complete with two armchairs, a fireplace not usable, a writing desk, a piano and the magnificent dining room with direct access to the kitchen.
