Tucked into the Hollywood Hills, this exclusive gated retreat is a brand new, architectural masterpiece completed in 2022. Be one of the first to stay in this 5 Bed, 7 Bath home + gym + family room estate which is apx 5,600SF situated in lush forest surroundings with views that are second to none of Harry Potter's castle at Universal Studios, peek-a-boo views of the Hollywood sign, and city lights.The home is in close proximity to Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl, excellent hiking trials & everything that Hollywood & Los Angeles has to offer. Amenities include: expansive rooftop deck, infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor movie screen, billards table, ping pong table, foosball table, 4 bikes with a car rack, 3 paddle & 2 surf boards, 2 outdoor kitchen areas (main level and rooftop), gated parking for several cars,On the main level, abundant natural light pours through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which slide open into the walls and draw you out to the tree covered surroundings. Enjoy your extra long infinity pool with over 80' of infinity edge and oversized jacuzzi and the well-manicured yard where you can enjoy s'mores around the firepit and an outdoor movie night with friends. The main floor of the house has an expansive open floor plan w/ soaring ceilings in the living and dining rooms along with a gourmet kitchen outfitted with high-end Dacor appliances, built-in wine cooler & Miele coffee/espresso machine. There are 2 nicely sized ensuite bedrooms with seamless connections to the outdoor areas to be in architectural harmony with the picturesque surroundings. Ascend to the top floor where you'll find an additional living area, along with 2 more ensuite bedrooms as well as the primary suite with designer double walk-in closets and spa-like bath offering a relaxing dual headed shower, and jacuzzi tub overlooking the mountain vistas and spectacular city views. There is also a roof deck with a large built-in fire table, full BBQ and outdoor kitchen, and separate dining space perfect for taking in scenic sunsets views, stargazing at night or catching the fireworks show above Harry Potter's castle. A sizable, long private driveway behind the gates fits many additional vehicles on the premises. Office room can be made available by written special request in advance. Heating of hot tub and pool are available for additional fee. NOTE: One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is part of a studio space (including bed and living space, bath, and kitchen) with separate entry. Also note, there is no fire on the exterior 3rd floor table.
