Inspired by the privileged suits of the Hyatt Hotels we built up a tropic waterfront home directly at the waterside. The home has completely been remodeled from 2013 till 2014 by award-winning remodeler. It has a very nice view – partially to John’s Pass, deep water and gives you the whole feeling of marine flora and fauna.
The home is been outlayed for one family with a maximum of 2-3 kids.
No pets please.

House is constructed 1960, completely been remodeled in 2013 (this includes the whole inner structure, brand new A/C unit, heating, brand new kitchen, brand new marble bathrooms, etc brand new dining/ living room area, brand new bedrooms etc.

32 FT long swimming pool with travertine deck and changing colored LED lights at night constructed by Landmark Pools in 2014; weekly pool service; pool can be heated in wintertime with propane.
All new yard palms and plants. Over-night light illumination.
Wooden fishing dock with extra floating dock (there is a green double kajak in the garage you may use and a further 1- person kajak)
New washing machine and dryer. All new appliances!
Spacious living/dining area with open kitchen. Through your garden and swimming pool you have an open range view to the bay. All rooms come with blinds.
Modern flat screen TV set with various TV programs (Free bright house), Free WIFI, printer/scanner.
Love chair and studio couch.
Open brand new kitchen designed in white with black African granite countertop, kitchen bar with 2 bar stools, brand new induction range, Samsung fridge, microwave, blender for cocktails and more.
Two modern bathrooms have white wooden cabinetry and beige marble countertops. All bathrooms have two sinks and a comfortable shower
All three bedrooms have glued sherry-wooden floors. Each bedroom with closets.

Summary: The house is as exactly as described, beautiful with all the modern amenities. It is extremely well maintained. It commands respect, and the heated pool is right outside the sliding glass doors. The owners are excellent to deal with, easy to contact and emphasize making the say just right. The pool and property are maintained regularly, no worries about that. The location features: kayaking from the dock; 7 minute bike ride to the beach; close to any shopping and restaurants needed or desired; excellent and reasonably priced golf 25 minutes drive away; and it is in an excellent residential community right on a canal. Features wildlife such as varied species of birds (ie- herons, pelicans; etc); fish can be seen in the canal from the dock; and paddling with dolphins regularly. John's Pass is mintes away by car, bike or kayak. We have already booked our return.
