Recently restored, the property is an exclusive ground floor villa set in a stunning panoramic position with large French doors opening directly onto the garden. The villa, newly renovated using the traditional ancient Tuscan stone, has a modern atmosphere with contemporary furnishing and finishing.
The paved courtyard is equipped with table and chairs for your al fresco dinners enjoying the impressive views over the valleys and hills surrounding.
Perfectly manicured lawns and a refreshing pool with central Jacuzzi bath complete this lovely picture immersed in the absolute quiet of nature for a dream holiday you will remember for years to come.
ACCOMODATION: The villa is 90 square meters completely on the ground floor and it sleeps 6 persons in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
You enter the villa on the ground floor where you will be welcomed by a spacious living room with sofas and fireplace, dining area with large dining table and the fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker and toaster. French doors give brightness to the room and allow direct access to the garden.
On the same floor you will find the master double bedroom with French doors opening onto the garden and a not working fireplace. The hallway leads to the private bathroom with shower. Another hallway leads to the other 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be put together). Both bedrooms have large glass doors to the garden and bathroom with shower.
The villa provides wi-fi internet connexion (hotspot or ADSL line) air conditioning and heating system throughout. Each bedroom has its own hairdryer and a washing machine is available at the property.
GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: You access the fully fenced property through the automatic gate and enter the carefully manicured garden with velvet lawns and olive trees. The stone paved courtyard is completed by garden furniture and offers a panoramic area organized with table and chairs for your al fresco dinners.
The pool area is perfectly equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas and the pool (8 x 5m. Depth 90cm – 1m approx., open from 01 May to 15 September) has an original central Jacuzzi hydromassage.
The extensive grounds of the villa are well lighted for you to enjoy your evenings in the open air.

The price includes: final cleanings, all utilities, house pool and garden maintenance, one mid week maid service (no linens change), one full cleaning with linens and towels change for stays longer than a week.
The price excludes (to be paid to the property): city tax: Euro 1 per person per night (for the first 7 day of stay - adults and children from 14 years); heating (winter season only): Euro 80.00 per day.
Keys deposit: Euro 500.00 (via wire transfer, which will then be returned at the end of the stay upon damages).
