Draped in flowering vines and shaded by rustling palms, this gorgeous, Spanish-style home is the luxurious Palm Springs estate you've been dreaming of. Centrally located in the highly desirable gated community of The Colony of El Mirador, this home offers more than 3,000 square feet of living space that has been furnished and maintained with extraordinary care. The backyard is a desert oasis, featuring a sparkling saline swimming pool, a spillover spa, and beautiful views of the mountains that surround Palm Springs. You'll take afternoon naps in the shaded lounge chairs, dine with your loved ones on the covered terrace, and relax in the evenings by sharing stories around the custom fireplace in the great room. There are three ensuite bedrooms with full bathrooms each. The interior of the home has been professionally designed to provide the best lodging and relaxation experience.
This home is located in the upscale gated community of The Colony of El Mirador, which offers both tranquility and convenience to downtown Palm Springs. Palm Canyon Drive - the main strip that's lined with wonderful restaurants, shops, casinos, and other sources of entertainment - is less than a mile west, while Ruth Hardy Park's tennis courts and playgrounds are a few blocks southwest. Tee off at one of the more than 100 golf courses that await in the immediate area, go hiking in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles south), or take in the view from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway six miles west.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Summary: This was our second year at this gorgeous property. Everything about it is swell. The pool and surroundings are varied and comfortable allowing you to be in or out of the sun depending on the seating area. The house is large and airy with endless places to sit, stretch out, curl up or read. The spacious kitchen has room for more than 2 cooks at a time! There are 2 dining rooms - a formal one and every day. And the casita is perfect for guests who want a bit more privacy. The landscaping is lush and humming birds swoop amidst the flowering vines. Any time there is a question or concern the property manager Frank is quick to respond. Nothing can compare to the view of the mountains at daybreak. They glow. This iplace is a gem!
