Enjoy your 2200 sq ft 4-bed, 3-bath home sleeping 9 in beds. Upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk (twin over full double), plus 2 bathrooms. Master Bedroom has a fabulous outdoor deck accessed through French doors. Downstairs: 1 queen bedroom with bathroom adjacent. 65-inch Ultra HDTV in lounge. 3 bedrooms have Ultra HDTV (55", 50" and 50"). 4th bedroom has 32-inch HDTV.
Outside, you have a totally unique, totally private 5500 sq ft fully fenced garden with brand new private heated pool and spa (with option for child's safety fence to be in place for your stay), large luxury lawn, palm trees, rock bed, fire pit, 2 outdoor dining areas (one in sun, one in shade), gas BBQ grill and a shaded 75ft sand “beach" providing cool breezes and privacy.
Inside your Beach House, you'll find connected living space at ground level providing fully equipped double island kitchen with double oven, stainless steel appliances, dining area and lounge. Baby equipment can also be included – just let us know what you need. Board games and puzzles are provided for your enjoyment.
Location is close to beach, supermarket, restaurants and most things you'll need. Easy 45-minute drive from Orlando International Airport. 20 minutes to the Space Center. One hour by car to Disney, Universal and Orlando attractions.
Included in the rental is all electricity, gas, A/C, heating for the house, pool and spa, linens, bath and beach towels, 4 off-street car parking spaces, wireless Internet access, 2 beach wagons, 2 surf boards, body boards, toys for beach and pool, beach umbrella and chairs, cooler, 2 bikes, beach towels and soaps. Cleaning standards are outstanding, and all bedding (including every mattress cover) is laundry clean for your arrival.

There were 7 of us adults on this trip and the house was very spacious and comfortable. The best part of all is the back yard oasis. It is private and beautiful!!! You have control of heating the pool and sauna, lighting, tons of pool toys for kids, very relaxing. There are several quaint areas to snuggle up with a book and relax with a coffee or glass of wine or just take a nap. We loved having some of our meals and playing games on the large outside dinning area. This place is a gem and we all agree, we would stay here in a heartbeat next time we come to the Orlando Coco Beach area.”
