Natural light flowing into this beautiful and open condo. The dazzling living room looks out to the private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax after a day on the beach in the plush couch or two cozy recliners and large flat screen TV in living area. Drink your morning coffee out on the private balcony while listening to the waves break below. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six for a family meal. Additional seating of four at kitchen bar. Well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home-cooked meal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Bed and Bath:
Delightful main bedroom features a king-size bed with light flowing in from the private balcony. Main bedroom additionally has a desk and monitor setup if planning on working remote. En-suite main bathroom has a large double vanity with walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Second bedroom features a queen-size bed with flat screen TV. Second bathroom features a walk-in shower. Third bedroom has a bunkbed with two twin-size beds and a double-size bed. Third bathroom features a shower/tub combo.
Guest Access:
Welcome to Marlin Key! The complex DOES require parking passes and charges $35/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. There is ONE RESERVED covered parking space that is marked with unit number. The second vehicle must park outside the garage in unreserved spaces. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard.

The Neighborhood:
Marlin Key is located on the east-side of Orange Beach, very close to the Florida line. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Marlin Key is 0.9 miles from the world famous Flora-Bama Beach Bar. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more.
Getting Around:
From the Beach Expressway, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on HWY 161 (By the Tom Thumb). Follow HWY 161 until it dead ends into Perdido Beach Blvd. Take a left onto Perdido Beach Blvd., and go for 3.3 miles. Marlin Key will be on the right.
Other Things to Note:
No parking of trailers, watercraft or RV's onsite.
You must be at least 25 to rent.
