House in a large, airy, new condominium, decorated for my family, consisting of 2 bedrooms and a suite. Social bathroom, living room and American kitchen. Balcony, gourmet area with bathroom, yard all lawn front and back. Rain and toy slides + swing.
Double room with standard double bed.
Bedroom 2 with a trundle bed, 1 box bed all D33 mattress and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds of reed that can be joined in case of double, More 1 bed box with a single mattress of single, being able to attend another guest on the floor. Ceiling fan. In the lounge corner relax with hammock and sofa of pallet with 3 futons that can serve as single bed.
Kitchen with microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, pipoqueira, mini grill, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery.
Living room with cable TV Sky.
Service area with washing machine. Bathrooms with electric shower.
The condominium with security, all wooded with playground with great location, because it is close to the commerce and to the Shopping of the city and the house located 200 m from the beach.
I offer bath linens and bedding that will be in beds and bathrooms.
Treated water and tank of 10 thousand liters.
