This Coastal Style, comfortable, beach cottage is located in the north end of Fenwick Island. Spacious, 2 story home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 10-12 comfortably, and is just a 2-minute walk to the beach. This home offers 2 living room areas (each with a 50" flat screen TV), a wrap-around enclosed porch, a first-level deck, and a rooftop deck with bay views. Guests may also make use of two outdoor showers after a long day at the beach. Take a walk from the cottage and explore Fenwick's uncrowded beaches, visit the popular restaurants, and enjoy tax-free shopping throughout the town.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel set for each guest.

Summary: The house worked great for us. Walked to the beach, lots of restaurants and mini golf. My only suggestion would be to have a key pad opener for the door. It was inconvenient to travel 10 miles from the house to get and return a key.
