Positive: Convenient location close to the beach. Spacious room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good value for the price.
Negative: The property is a bit old, with cracked tiles. The ceiling leaks when it rains. The kitchen is minimally equipped (only a small refrigerator, electric kettle, and two cups). Many pets, which may cause some odor.
