Evergreen Lodge is a clean, spacious, modern, well appointed three story home perfect for families nestled in the woods of Holiday Haven overlooking gorgeous Center Hill Lake. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
We take your health seriously; you will find antibactierial soap, disinfecting wipes and a first aid kit available for your use. Our cleaner takes pride in making sure Evergreen Lodge has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.
Families are Welcome!
We want to accommodate your family! You will find a folding high chair, pack n play portable crib, baby gate, and games and toys for your older childrens' use. The items are stored in the first floor bedroom closet and under the pool table so they are not in your way if you do not need them. Please keep in mind that Evergreen Lodge is not childproof so you will want to make sure your children are supervised at all times.
What is Included?
Evergreeen Lodge will come stocked with the following items to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay at Center Hill Lake: in the full bathrooms you will find toilet tissue, hand soap, eye make-up remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion along with fluffy white towels. In the half bath you will find toilet tissue, hand soap and hand towel. The wet bar will have paper towels and hand soap. The kitchen will be stocked with a new wrapped sponge, roll of paper towels, dishwashing pellets, kitchen soap, hand soap, coffee filters, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and trash bags. If you plan to do laundry you will need to bring laundry detergent, we provide everything else you will need.
The Floorplan
When you walk into the ground floor you will find a fun man cave/game room. Pour yourself a drink at the wet bar and keep extras in the mini fridge. Rack 'em up for a game of pool. Watch a game or catch up on your latest binge on the TV. The ground floor also features a half bath, full size pull out sofa, washer and dryer, lots of games and a stereo receiver with surround sound you can plug into to play your favorite music. And of course we have wi-fi!
The second floor features a two story living room with modern furnishings, 60 inch smart TV, a cozy wood burning fireplace, spacious dining area with additional bar seating. The well appointed kitchen has cookware, plates, cups, and utensils. You could have dinner waiting on you when you get home from the lake if you want to utilize the Crock Pot. There is also a full bath and large bedroom with a king bed and smart TV. A Pack N Play portable baby crib/playpen, folding high chair and baby gate are available for use and are stored in the main floor bedroom closet.
The third floor features a loft bunk room that sleeps 6 with two sets of bunk beds and a king bed. There is a full bath on this level and a private bedroom with king bed, smart TV and a balcony with a great lake view.

Enjoy the Outdoors
Evergreen Lodge features multiple decks to enjoy the amazing view. Picture yourself relaxing in the hot tub on the ground floor covered porch after a day of play at the lake.
The second floor features two spacious decks: one has an inviting porch swing, rocking chairs and dining table, and an incredible lake view. Grill your steaks anyway you like on the gas grill on the secondary deck located just off the kitchen.
The third floor deck is located off the bedroom and is the perfect space to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee.
If you plan to spend a lot of time outdoors, I recommend bringing sunscreen and insect repellent.
Make sure to bring stuff for smores; there's a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We provide the fire wood.
There is ample parking on the paved driveway that will accommodate 5 vehicles.
Boat Ramp
There is a convenient neighborhood boat ramp you are welcome to use whether you have a boat or just want to swim and lounge by the water. It is not usually crowded and is located at the end of Holiday Haven Road.
Boat Parking
I do not recommend bringing a boat down Cherokee Drive, it is narrow and has some rough spots, as does Holiday Haven Road down to the neighborhood boat ramp. However, I suppose it comes down to a matter of how comfortable you are driving and backing your trailer, how big your boat is and if you are familiar with the area. I will be happy to answer any questions about bringing your boat to the best of my knowledge. If you do decide to park your boat at Evergreen Lodge, do NOT pull your trailer all the way up the driveway, there is not room to turn around. Bring parking chocks to put under the wheels and park at the bottom of part of the paved driveway ramp by the Evergreen Lodge sign. Also know that Cherokee Drive circles around and connects to Holiday Haven Drive so you would not need to turn around, you could just back out of the drive and continue on Cherokee.
