Positive: The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. The room is big and spacious. The location is good as it is accessible to food chains and a mall.
Negative: The variety of food served during the breakfast, except for the egg is not suitable for breakfast. The taste is not really palatable. When you arrived late, food served earlier either is no longer available or not being replenished. The coffee is bland and the waiters are not sensitive if the foods need to be replenished but still need to be told. Also, the waiters/waitress are not that hospitable and not well trained in handling customer service. The bathroom/CR is not well maintained, tiles are dirty; the towels does not smell good. When we booked, the hotel personnel do not respond through calls or emails and I tried several times contacting them just to be assured that they acknowledge the downpayments we deposited in their account. They should update their contact details as posted in their website.
Summary: Our stay with the hotel was generally acceptable but not as what I expected.
