Short drive to downtown, West 7th and all points in FW and Dallas. It is a 3 bedroom house: 2 Queen bed rooms for adults, one with a private bathroom, the middle room has a bunk bed with a fullsize double lower section and single twin upper section. Center hall bathroom is historically fashioned with 'old' fashioned tub but modern toilet and sink area. The kitchen has an ultra modern feel and touch with dark wood cabinets, gas stove, instant hot water at the sink, filtered water dispenser from the refrigerator, automatic ice dispenser, and plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils for preparing dinner for 8 people. There is much to do close by or in attendance or working vendor guest from one of the Will Roger Shows....then leave the car in your private, secure parking behind the house and easily walk across the street. Want dinner after the day, you have 90 choices in walking or easy drive. There is no better place to stay while working at the Stockshow or horse events, or to vacation with the family or 2 families together, to see and experience all the fun of Fort Worth. You are 15 to 25 minutes from the Arlington Professional Sports stadiums from nearby I-30. You are central to all things FW, Arlington, Raceway, TCU, and easy access to the highway to go south to Waco and Joanna Gaines' Magnolia delightful locations.
