When you walk through the front door, you'll enter our ultra-cozy living room, which has an overstuffed sectional, two yellow velvet lounge chairs,65-inch Vizio Roku TV and direct access to our massive outdoor patio. Through the living room, you'll see our six-top dining table and kitchen area. Our large, open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create your favorite meal, baked goods or cup of coffee. Our rolling island provides the perfect place to prep or serve food to your crew.
Downstairs, you'll find our kitchenette, game room and theater! Directly at the bottom of the stairs, you'll see our kitchenette, which is complete with a two-top dining table, refrigerator,cocktail tools, plastic wine glasses, a sink and an ice bucket. Down the hall, you'll enter into our game room. Here you'll find a couch, a round six-top game table, a Foosball table, power chips and a door leading to the lower deck. In the theater room, you'll have access to our reclining couch, bean bag chairs,75-inch Hisense Google Smart TV and boardgames.
At the end of the day, settle into one of our eight luxury beds:
(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a King bed, closet, dresser, 60-inch Samsung Smart TV, vanity, lounge chair and en suite bath.
(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath.
(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath.
(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser and nearby bath.
(5-8) Our fifth bedroom has two Queen-size bunkbeds, a dresser and a nearby bath.
Directly off the living area, you'll find a glass door leading to our MASSIVE, double-decker porch. On the top level, you'll have access to BBQ grill, five-top dining table and sweeping views of the Ozarks. Access the lower deck by walking around the house or exiting through the glass door in the Game Room. Here, you'll be able to enjoy one of our multiple seating areas, our swing, corn hole and the HOT TUB. Head out into the yard to warm up around the fire pit while lounging in one of our Adirondack chairs.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house (excluding the garage), all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note there is an exterior camera for the security of the property.

★ Guests can park in the gravel lot.
★ The garage is not available for guest use.

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
