Euphonia Residence enjoys its exclusive privacy just a few kilometers from the settlement of Porto Heli, Hermione, in the province of Argolis, in Peloponnese fully rich of history. Surrounded by 12 hectares of olive groves, fruit trees, local scrub vegetation of oregano, thyme, lavender and red soil, it offers maximum comfort to its guests.
Euphonia Residence, a modern stylish house, built in 2023, is a brand-new place to stay in Porto Heli, combining peace and quiet with a luxurious way of life. Our villa is made of stone and was built in alignment with the traditional style of the area. However, the interior was created in a modern way by choosing each piece of decor one at a time. This gives our guests a comfortable feeling during their stay. The 160 m2 building has two comfortable en suite bedrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen with a large living room and a private pool.
When you walk through the fancy "yellow" door, you'll find yourself in a wide open and comfort space with a living room and an open kitchen. As a welcome gift a bottle of wine will be wait for you in the fridge to enjoy it during your stay.
The living room has a large build in sofa ideal to read a book, play games or gather with your friends. Also, the 2 big parallel sliding glass doors let in natural light from sunrise to sunset. The house can be used for vacation at any time of the year as it provides both heating (by a modern fireplace and underfloor heating) and cooling (through air condition and fans in all spaces) that blends in with the design of the building.
You can cook delicious meals for yourself and your guests in our well-equipped kitchen. There are many ways to make "gastronomic" dishes, and why not try Greek recipes? The hand-made wooden table can seat up to 8 people.
The fun continues in the villa's outdoor areas, where meat-lovers can use the BBQ corner in the back yard, or relax on the front terrace under the mood lighting. The pool has 4 comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas.
The Rooms
Euphonia Residence is built to accommodate maximum 4 adults (using the 2 bedrooms) and 2 children up to 12 years old (using extra beds with comfortable mattress which can be set either in the bedroom no 2 or both single roll-away beds in the living room). The villa has two en suite bedrooms with view to the garden and the pool. Both bedrooms are bright, spacious and guarantee maximum comfort. The bedrooms have a super king-size bed with a soft mattress for a good night's sleep, while in the one bedroom, beds can get separated in order to accommodate 2 friends or 2 kids. The 2 bedrooms dispose also their own bathroom for the highest comfort. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 day while the cleaning process is taking place.

Whether you seek a tranquil day by the sea or wish to explore the charming town of Porto Heli, the villa’s strategic location offers the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Porto Heli, a mere 10-minute drive away, provides a range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
The location is convenient for road trips to Ancient Epidaurus, Hydra, Poros, Ermioni, Mycenae, and Nafplion. From the small port of Costa close to Porto Heli, there are very frequent boats to Spetses island.
Spetses Island is just a click away for people who want a busy evening with stylish restaurants and bars. If you drive from Euphonia to the port of Kosta, which is 5 km away, you can take a water cab and be there in 10 minutes.
During your stay you can visit also the beaches of Limanakia & Kova which are 10min. drive away.
