Positive: Excellent location. Car parking spot. Clean and tidy. Eco conscious with tge disposal of rubbish.. Dog friendly. Great view of the sea and Newquay from the balcony. Not even a 10 min walk in to Newquay town centre. It was a key code door access so no worry about forgetting keys etc. Great customer service from Fiona at Diamond holidays. Clean towels and linen on arrival with handy toiletries in the bathrooms.
Negative: It would have been even better if there had been a blind up at the bathroom window. The apartment was slightly dated but it was clean and tidy. Other than that there was nothing of note. We got what we paid for and we were happy with that.
