Walking into Etoile de Mer, you'll be drawn into this bright and airy space where you can enjoy your time with friends and family. You won't miss a thing with the open concept design and plenty of room to spread out. On the first floor you will find an open living space with a modern kitchen, dining area and half bath. After a day at the beach or shopping or both, take a break and enjoy the community pool just steps from the house.
ABOUT THE AREA: Located in Inlet Beach directly behind 30Avenue shops where you have 8 restaurants, a yoga studio, spa, shops and a sprawling green space and stage for local live music most nights! Walk to the famous Donut Hole, Rosemary Beach Farmers market or bike to Seacrest and Alys Beaches.
BEACH ACCESS: Inlet Beach is one of 30A's best beaches where you have space to spread out as well as important amenities like parking, bathrooms & showers. It's also easy access via a ramp so no stairs to climb. Inlet Beach has multiple access points 3-4 blocks away. By foot, head to the Winston access point. Alternatively you can take the golf cart down Pinewood Lane then turn onto Orange Street, cross over 98 and your toes are in the sand!

• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan.
For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
