Summary: Stilvolles, weit überwiegend gemütlich und grosszügig eingerichtetes Haus mit bemerkenswerter Bibliothek und rasch warmer Sauna für vier Doppelbetten drei Badezimmer mit Wanne ausladender Balkon trotz Strassennähe bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Läden fasts absolute Ruhe sowie gute Verdunkelbarkeit der Schlafzimmer. Dem Schlafzimmer im mittleren Stock fehlt eine Türe zur Bibliothek mit dem Fernseher der Fernseher funktionierte nicht die Essecke ist zu wenig hell beleuchtet im Wohnbereich hängt ein etwas unguter, nicht zu vertreibender Geruch das grosser Schlafzimmer im obersten und jenes im untersten Stock wirken etwas gar nüchtern.
