Spectacular holiday studio in Praia da Rocha overlooking Portimão Marina, just a 1-minute walk from the beach. Modern, comfortable, completely renovated and equipped.
Property comprises: large living room with double bed and sofa with chaise longue, air conditioning (hot and cold), hall with wardrobe and extra bed, bathroom with large shower and hydromassage column, fully equipped kitchenette and balcony. Cable TV and WI-FI.
A security deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. The deposit will be collected as a cash payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.

If the excess is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.
