Positive: I recommend this accommodation for a short stay. The room is small, has a comfortable bed, and the place looks new. The host provides clean towels, shampoo, soap, salt, oil and pepper (and we really appreciate this gesture). The location is very quiet, in a nice neighborhood.
Negative: The bathroom is very very small, so think twice if you're a tall or big person. The cleaning wasn't up to our expectations either, there was a lot of lint and dust under the bed. The other thing that we didn't like was that the last day the hot water didn't work well, we had to take cold showers even though the water boiler seems to be new.
