Positive: The location was very nice and so was the view. I thought upon arrival someone in reception had the keys. 1 st lady spoke no english and seemed agitated. She told my husband we would need to contact owner directly. I had no cell service and my phone was about to die. She offered no help whatsoever. a 2nd lady came in (Kristina) and was so much more helpful. She called all the owners to find out who it was so we could get access to our condo. They needed to close office and Kristina stayed with us till we got an response from the owner. I am very grateful to Kristina. I was on the verge of tears and truly appreciated her help.Once we got hold of owner, he did everything he could to be helpful.
Negative: The room was not bad at all. The problem was it seemed dirty. hair in the bathroom and baseboards had a lot of dust bunnies and hair them as well. There was apparently a bad leak because there were mold stains on ceiling outside the bathroom and inside. It made me sneeze and I felt sick last 2 days we were there.
Summary: Overall, it was a decent trip and stay. We adjusted and things turned out ok.
